3 Days tour to Semuliki National Park Safaris
Day 1: Transfer to Semliki.
After a wonderful breakfast in the morning, you will start your safari by meeting our guide who will pick you from your respective accommodation establishments and transfer you to Semuliki National Park passing via Mityana-Mubende road. After lunch Fort portal, take an optional visit to the healing sempaya hot springs, semuliki’s star attraction. And thereafter, experience the thrilling meandering Bundibugyo road through Rwenzori escarpments. While in the Mountains, the road offers scenic views of Semliki River and the tropical rain forest. Dinner and overnight at Semliki Lodge/ Primates Lodge.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking / Evening Game drive.
Early in the morning after breakfast you will go down into to the rainforest to search for wild chimpanzees that can be seen at dawn and dusk. You will retire from chimp trekking before noon to relax by the pool side. Later in the afternoon you will go for an evening game drive. Jungle life in Semuliki National Park is breathtaking especially for birders, primate, butterfly and plant lovers. Dinner and overnight at Semliki safari Lodge / Primates Lodge.
Day 3:
Morning at leisure and thereafter a picnic lunch. Return to Kampala past traditional Homestead watching and being apart of local life.
